Atomic Hotline is a telephone based show focusing on a small town in the 1960’s with a government corruption issue connected to the testing of atomic bombs. The aesthetics are based on pulp fiction and soviet propaganda. All visuals were developed, created and finalized by Kelsey Connolly.
